Refunds for online courses
We at Reliablesoft want to ensure you are happy with your course purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please contact us first (simply replying to your purchase email is sufficient) and give us an opportunity to resolve any problem and make it right for you. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will issue a refund.
While our 60-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk-free, we must also protect our business from fraud. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.
The refund process usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. However, in some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by Reliablesoft, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the refund status.
When you are unable to follow the course due to technical issues, please get in touch with us first to help you resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue we will issue a refund.
If you follow our advice and don’t manage to increase your traffic in 60 days, just let us know and we will refund you.
If you’ve gone into the course and have completed sections, downloaded the material offline, or earned a certificate, we will no longer offer a refund.

We consider our services a bargain and value good feedback. While it remains at our discretion to grant a refund, we will work hard to make you happy.
