WordPress, WooCommerce and Custom Development
We are not tied to one platform. We have built WordPress websites for more than twenty years, and we build with the newest web technologies when a project needs them.
-
Custom WordPress development
WordPress websites built for your business, not a template with your logo on it. Custom post types, fields, blocks and plugins, so you can edit everything without touching code.
-
WooCommerce development
Online stores with WooCommerce: product catalogs, variations, subscriptions, bookings, custom checkout and connections to payment, shipping and accounting systems.
-
WordPress themes
Custom WordPress themes designed from scratch, plus speed and design fixes for the theme you have now. Clean code, no page builder bloat.
-
Non-WordPress websites
Websites and web apps built with Next.js, React, Node.js and Supabase, for projects that need more speed, more flexibility or features WordPress can't handle well.
-
Custom backend development
APIs, databases, admin panels, user accounts, payments and integrations with your CRM, booking or ERP software, built to be secure and to scale.
WordPress or Custom Code: Which Is Right for You?
Most businesses do best with WordPress. Some projects need custom code. In the consultation we recommend the one that fits your goals and budget.
| WordPress and WooCommerce | Custom code (Next.js, React, Node.js) | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Business websites, blogs, online stores and course websites | Web apps, portals, dashboards and highly animated or 3D websites |
| Editing content | Easy, in the WordPress dashboard | Through a content editor or admin panel we build for you |
| Features | Thousands of plugins, plus custom ones we write | Anything you need, built from scratch |
| Speed | Fast, with a lean theme and good hosting | Very fast, even with heavy traffic |
| SEO | Excellent | Excellent |
| Time to launch | Shorter | Longer |
AI-Powered Websites
A normal website shows the same pages to everyone and only changes when someone edits it. A website with AI built in can answer questions, help you keep it up to date and do work that a static website can't.
AI assistant trained on your content
Answers visitors' questions about your products, services and policies, day and night, and passes leads to you.
AI-assisted updates
Draft new pages, blog posts, product descriptions and FAQs from the dashboard, then review and publish.
Smart search
Search that understands what people mean, not only the exact words they type.
Personalized content
Pages, offers and recommendations that change with each visitor's interests and history.
Translation
Your website in more languages, translated by AI and checked before it goes live.
Automations
Lead scoring, form follow-ups, reports and other tasks that run on their own in the background.
AI features run on your content and your rules. Nothing is published to your website without a person approving it.
Animated and 3D Websites
Motion makes a website memorable. We use it to tell your story and guide visitors to the next step, and we keep it light so the website stays fast.
-
Scroll animations
Text, images and sections that move as visitors scroll, like the villa website above.
-
3D websites
Interactive 3D products, scenes and backgrounds built with Three.js and WebGL, which visitors can rotate and explore.
-
Micro-interactions
Buttons, menus, forms and hover effects that respond to every click and make the website feel polished.
-
Motion that stays fast
Animations load only when needed, work on phones and switch off for visitors who turn off motion on their devices.
SEO-Friendly Web Design, Built for Speed and Conversions
Every agency says its websites are SEO-friendly. Here is what that means when we build one. It's the same checklist we have used and taught since 2002.
- Site structure and keyword plan. Pages, URLs and menus planned around what your customers search for.
- Technical SEO. Page titles, headings, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots rules and clean HTML on every page.
- Structured data. Schema markup for your business, products, articles and FAQs, so Google can show rich results.
- Super fast loading. Built to pass Core Web Vitals, with compressed images, lean code and caching.
- Mobile friendly. Designed for phones first, then tablets and desktops, and tested on real devices.
- Ready for AI search. Clear, well structured content that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and other AI tools can understand and cite.
- Conversion design. Clear calls to action, short forms, trust signals and pages that lead visitors to call, book or buy.
- Tracking. Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking set up, so you can see leads and sales from day one.
- Safe redesigns. Every old URL mapped and redirected, so you keep the rankings you already have.
- Best practices. Security, accessibility, backups and code that other developers can work with.
Why Work With Reliablesoft
Most web design companies build the website and hand it over. We build it to bring in customers, because getting businesses found online is what we have done since 2002.

What Affects the Cost of a Website?
We don't sell fixed packages, because no two websites are the same. Your quote depends on:
- Pages and templates. How many different page designs the website needs.
- Features. Booking, search, calculators, memberships, user accounts and other custom functions.
- Online store. Number of products, payment and shipping options, and connections to other systems.
- Content. Whether we write the copy and create the images, or you provide them.
- Animation, 3D and AI. How much motion, 3D and AI the website needs.
- Migration. Moving content, products, users and rankings from your current website.
Is This a Good Fit for You?
A good fit if you
- Want a website that brings in leads and sales, not only one that looks good
- Need a new website, a redesign or an online store
- Want a fast website that works on every phone
- Want features like AI, animation or a custom backend
Probably not a fit if you
- Only need the cheapest template website possible
- Want the website live in a few days
- Don't plan to use the website to grow your business
- Want a builder you rent rather than a website you own
Businesses We Work With
We build websites for small and medium businesses and organizations in many industries, including:
- Local businesses
- Professional services
- Ecommerce stores
- Training and education
- Hotels and travel
- Car dealers

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a website cost?
Every website we build is different, so you get a custom quote after a free consultation. The price depends on the number of pages and templates, the features you need, whether you sell online, how many systems it connects to and whether we write the content. You see the full cost before any work starts.
How long does it take to build a website?
A business website usually takes four to eight weeks from the first call to launch. Online stores, training platforms and websites with custom features or AI take longer, typically eight to sixteen weeks. You get a timeline with your quote.
Should my website be on WordPress or custom code?
WordPress is the best choice for most businesses: you can edit everything yourself and there is a plugin for almost any feature. Custom code (Next.js, React, Node.js) is better for web apps, dashboards, very high traffic, complex animations or features WordPress can't do well. We build both, so we recommend the one that fits your project, not the one we happen to know.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We build online shops with WooCommerce, the most popular ecommerce platform for WordPress, and custom stores for special cases. That includes product pages, payments, shipping, taxes, subscriptions, coupons and connections to your inventory or accounting software.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Yes. SEO is part of every decision from the first plan: site structure, URLs, page titles, internal links, structured data, speed and mobile design. We have worked in SEO since 2002, so your website is ready to rank in Google and to be used as a source in AI search from the day it launches.
Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?
Not when it's done properly. Before launch we map every old URL to its new page, keep the content that ranks, set up 301 redirects and check that Google can crawl the new site. After launch we watch Search Console for errors and fix them straight away.
Will my website be fast and mobile friendly?
Yes. We design for phones first and build to pass Google's Core Web Vitals: fast loading, quick response to taps and no layout shifts. Images are compressed, code is kept light and every page is tested on real phones before launch.
What is an AI-powered website?
A website with AI built in. It can answer visitors' questions from your own content, help you write and update pages, product descriptions and posts, translate content, personalize what each visitor sees and pass qualified leads to you. These features don't exist on a normal static website.
Do animations and 3D make a website slow?
They can, if they are added without care. We load animations and 3D only when they are needed, keep files small and respect visitors who turn off motion on their devices. The goal is a website that feels special and still loads fast.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, hosting account, design, code, content and analytics are yours, and you get full admin access. There is no lock-in and no proprietary website builder.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. On WordPress you edit pages, posts and products in the dashboard. On custom-built websites we add a simple content editor or admin panel. We show you how everything works before launch.
Do you write the content?
We can. Our writers create website copy that is written for your customers and optimized for search. If you prefer to write it yourself, we give you a content plan with the pages, headings and keywords to use.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you. We offer maintenance, security and speed monitoring, backups, updates and new features. If you want more traffic and sales, we can also run your SEO, ads and content.
Can you build an online course or training platform?
Yes. We build online training platforms on WordPress with LearnDash and custom platforms with Next.js and Supabase, with courses, lessons, quizzes, certificates, memberships and payments. We run our own online academy on both.
Can you work with our existing website or design?
Yes. We can redesign your current website, move it to a new platform, add new features or build from designs your team already has, in Figma or any other tool.
What do you need from us to get started?
A short call about your business, your customers and what the website needs to do. It helps to send us websites you like, your logo and brand colors and any content you already have.
