PPC Management Services for Every Ad Network
The network, the ad and the landing page, planned together so your budget turns into customers.
I decide where your money works hardest, make the ads (videos included), improve or build the pages they send people to, and track every lead and sale across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon and the rest. One plan, one budget, one report.
"Most businesses don't have a Google problem or a Facebook problem. They have budget in the wrong place, ads nobody remembers and a landing page that loses the sale. PPC management means fixing all three."
PPC Networks I Manage
Every network sells clicks and views, but not to the same people or at the same moment. Search networks catch people who are ready to buy. Social and video networks find them before they start looking. Your plan uses the ones that fit your customers, and changes as the numbers come in.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display. People searching for what you sell, right now.
YouTube Ads
In-stream, in-feed and Shorts ads, aimed at the right viewers by topic, intent and audience.
Microsoft Advertising
Search ads on Bing, Yahoo and Copilot, often with cheaper clicks than Google for the same searches.
Facebook Ads
Reach buyers by interests and behavior before they search, and bring back people who visited.
Instagram Ads
Reels, Stories and Feed ads for products and services that sell on looks.
LinkedIn Ads
Target by job title, company size and industry, for B2B leads worth a high cost per click.
TikTok Ads
Short vertical videos that reach younger buyers at a low cost per view.
Amazon Ads
Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands for sellers who want to rank and sell more on Amazon.
Pinterest Ads
People planning a purchase: home, fashion, food, weddings and travel.
Reddit Ads
Ads inside the communities where people ask each other what to buy.
X Ads
Promoted posts for tech, news, finance and B2B audiences.
Snapchat Ads
Full-screen video ads for a young, mobile-first audience.
Quora Ads
Ads next to the questions people ask about your product category.
Apple Ads
App Store search ads that bring installs from people looking for an app like yours.
ChatGPT Ads
Sponsored placements in ChatGPT, the newest place people ask for recommendations.
Nextdoor Ads
Ads in local neighborhood feeds, built for home services and local businesses.
Only need one platform? See Google Ads management or Meta ads management.
Which PPC Networks Are Right for Your Business?
You don't need to be everywhere. Most businesses do best with one or two networks that are profitable, then add more. This is where I usually start.
| Business | Start with | Add once it's profitable |
|---|---|---|
| Local services | Google Search ads and Microsoft Advertising | Facebook and Instagram retargeting, Nextdoor |
| Online stores | Google Shopping and Performance Max, Facebook and Instagram | Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon if you sell there |
| B2B and software | Google Search ads and LinkedIn | Microsoft Advertising, Reddit, YouTube |
| Courses and coaching | Facebook, Instagram and YouTube | Google Search, TikTok |
| Hotels and travel | Google Search and Performance Max | Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube |
| Mobile apps | Apple Ads and Google App campaigns | TikTok, Meta, Snapchat |

How My PPC Management Is Different
Most PPC agencies manage campaigns. The ads come from you, the landing page is your web developer's problem, and each network gets its own report that takes credit for the same sale. I manage the whole path from the first click to the customer.
-
The budget follows the profit
I have no favorite network. Every month I compare what a customer costs on each one and move money to where it returns the most.
-
One report, one cost per customer
Every network counts the same sale as its own. I check results against Google Analytics and your real orders or leads, so you see what each customer actually cost.
-
The ads are made here
Ad copy, images, carousels and videos for every network you use, sized for every placement. You don't need a designer or a video editor.
-
Landing pages included
I improve the pages your ads send people to, and build new ones when you need them. More of the clicks you pay for become customers.
-
The strategist does the work
The person who plans your campaigns is the one who builds them, checks them and answers your emails. Nothing is lost in a hand-off.
-
Month to month, and it's all yours
No contract. The ad accounts, tracking, audiences, ads and landing pages stay yours if you stop.
Landing Page Optimization
You pay for the click. The landing page decides whether you get a customer. If a page converts 2% of visitors and I get it to 4%, every lead costs half as much, on every network, without spending a dollar more on ads.
I have built websites since 2002, so I don't just send you a list of suggestions. I make the changes, or build a new page. See web design and development.
- Message match. The headline and offer on the page match the ad and the search that brought the visitor.
- New landing pages. Pages built for a campaign, an offer or an audience, in WordPress or custom code.
- Speed and mobile. Pages that load fast and work on a phone, where most paid clicks come from.
- Forms, calls and booking. Shorter forms, click-to-call and booking buttons that make it easy to take the next step.
- Trust. Reviews, guarantees, logos and clear prices in the places visitors look for them.
- A/B testing. Headlines, offers, layouts and forms tested against each other with real traffic.
- Heatmaps and recordings. Microsoft Clarity shows where visitors click, scroll and give up.
- Conversion tracking. Every form, call, booking and sale tracked, so the networks optimize for customers, not clicks.
Ad Creatives, Including Video
Automated bidding and targeting now do much of what PPC managers used to do by hand. What still sets one account apart is the ad. I make them for every network, and new ones every month, because ads wear out.
Search ad copy
Headlines and descriptions for Google and Microsoft responsive search ads, written around your keywords and offers.
Image and carousel ads
Social ads for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, in square and vertical sizes.
Display and Performance Max
Complete asset sets: images, logos, headlines and videos in every size Google asks for.
Video ads
YouTube in-stream and in-feed ads with a hook in the first five seconds, from your footage, stock or AI-generated scenes.
Short vertical video
Reels, Shorts, TikTok and Stories ads with captions, made to stop the scroll on a phone.
Product feeds
Titles, images and attributes in your Shopping and catalog feeds improved, so products show for the right searches.
Videos are made with the same tools and process as our AI video production service.
What's Included in PPC Management
Everything from the first audit to the monthly report, across every network in your plan.
- PPC audit. A review of your current accounts, tracking and landing pages, or a plan from scratch if you are new to paid ads.
- Network and budget plan. Which networks to use, how much to spend on each and what each one should bring in.
- Tracking across networks. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn and TikTok tags, call tracking and CRM imports.
- Keyword and audience research. The searches, interests, job titles and lookalike audiences that match your best customers.
- Campaign builds. Search, Shopping, Performance Max, video, lead and sales campaigns, set up the way each network rewards.
- Ad creatives. Copy, images, carousels and videos for every network, refreshed every month.
- Landing pages. Changes to your existing pages, or new pages built for your campaigns.
- Retargeting across networks. Bring back people who visited from any network, with the right ad on the right one.
- Bids, budgets and testing. Weekly checks, negative keywords, bid strategy changes and A/B tests on ads and pages.
- Monthly report and call. Spend, leads, sales and cost per customer by network, in plain language, plus what I changed and what comes next.
PPC Management Pricing
Plans start at $500 a month. You get a custom quote after a free consultation, before any work starts. It's a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of your ad spend, and your ad budget is paid directly to each network from your own accounts.
One network
Strategy, tracking, campaigns, ad creatives, landing page improvements and a monthly report for one ad network.
Multi-network PPC
Two or more networks under one plan, one budget and one report, with spend moved to whichever network brings customers at the lowest cost.
Your quote depends on your monthly ad spend, how many networks you use, how many new ads and videos you need each month, and whether you need new landing pages.
For comparison, PPC agencies usually charge 10% to 20% of ad spend, or a flat fee from about $500 to $5,000 a month, often with a setup fee and a 3 to 6 month minimum term. Ad creative, video and landing pages are often extra, or not offered at all.
How It Works
Start small, prove what works, then spend more where it pays.
-
Free consultation and quote
We talk about your customers, your margins and your goals. If you already run ads, I look at your accounts first. Then you get a custom quote.
-
Audit and network plan
Which networks to start with, how to split the budget, what to fix and what cost per lead or sale to aim for.
-
Tracking, ads and landing pages
I set up tracking on every network, make the first ads and videos, and fix or build the landing pages.
-
Launch and optimize
Campaigns go live. Every week I adjust bids, budgets, keywords and audiences, and test new ads.
-
Report and reallocate
Each month you see cost per customer by network, and the budget moves to what works best.

Google Partner Since 2014
Reliablesoft has kept Google Partner status since 2014. To keep it, an agency has to keep meeting Google's requirements:
- Performance. An optimization score of at least 70% across the accounts it manages.
- Spend. At least $10,000 in managed ad spend over the past 90 days.
- Certifications. Account strategists certified in Google Ads.
Google is the biggest PPC network, and it is where most of my clients' budgets start. The same standards apply to every other network I manage.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are PPC management services?
PPC (pay-per-click) management is running your paid ads for you: choosing the networks, researching keywords and audiences, building campaigns, making the ads, managing bids and budgets, improving landing pages, tracking results and reporting on them. You pay the networks for the clicks, and you pay a PPC manager to make those clicks profitable.
How much do PPC management services cost?
My plans start at $500 a month, and you get a custom quote after a free consultation. Agencies usually charge 10% to 20% of ad spend or a flat fee from about $500 to $5,000 a month. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to each network.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee. A percentage of spend rewards a manager for spending more, even when that extra spend isn't profitable. A flat fee means I gain nothing from a bigger budget unless it brings you more customers.
Which PPC network is best for my business?
The one where your customers are and where a customer costs less than they are worth to you. For most local and service businesses that is Google Search. Online stores usually do well with Google Shopping and Meta, B2B companies with Google and LinkedIn, and apps with Apple Ads. The table above shows where I usually start.
How much should I spend on PPC?
Enough for each network to collect data and learn. For most small businesses that means at least $1,000 a month on one network to start. It's better to do one network properly than spread a small budget across five. In the free consultation I will estimate what your budget can bring in.
Do you create the ads, including videos?
Yes. Search ad copy, image and carousel ads, Display and Performance Max assets, YouTube video ads and short vertical videos for Reels, Shorts and TikTok are included. I use your photos and footage when you have them, and stock or AI-generated visuals when you don't.
Do you build landing pages?
Yes. I improve your existing pages and build new landing pages for campaigns that need them, in WordPress or custom code. Landing page work is part of every plan. Larger builds, like a full new website, are quoted separately.
How do you track results across different networks?
Each network gets its own tracking (Google tag and enhanced conversions, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok pixel and so on). Because every network takes credit for the same sale, I check the totals against Google Analytics 4 and your real orders or CRM leads, and report cost per customer from those numbers.
What's the difference between this and your Google Ads or Meta ads services?
Those pages are for businesses that only want one platform managed. PPC management is for businesses that use, or want to test, more than one network, and want ads, videos, landing pages and budget planned across all of them. See Google Ads management and Meta ads management.
How soon will I see results?
Ads bring traffic from the first day. Most campaigns need 4 to 8 weeks of data and changes before cost per lead or sale settles. New networks also go through a learning phase, which is why I add them one at a time.
Can you guarantee results?
No honest PPC manager can guarantee a number of leads or sales, because results depend on your market, your offer and your prices. What I can promise is the work: accurate tracking, weekly checks, new ads every month, and a straight answer if a network isn't paying back, so we stop spending on it.
Is there a contract, and who owns the accounts?
There is no contract. You pay month to month and can cancel at any time. The ad accounts, tracking, audiences, ads and landing pages are yours, even if you stop working with me.
Should I hire a PPC agency, a freelancer or someone in-house?
An in-house PPC manager costs a full salary and usually knows one or two networks well. Large agencies have more processes but often hand accounts to junior staff. Freelancers are personal but rarely make videos or build landing pages. With me you get a senior consultant who runs your account personally, with creative and web development under the same roof.
Should I invest in PPC or SEO?
PPC brings traffic the day you switch it on and stops when you stop paying. SEO takes months but keeps bringing traffic without paying per click. Many businesses use PPC for leads now and SEO for the long term, and PPC data shows which keywords are worth ranking for. See our AI SEO services.
My PPC campaigns aren't working. Can you fix them?
Usually, yes. The most common problems are broken tracking, budget spread across too many networks or campaigns, tired ads and landing pages that don't convert. Request a quote and I will look at your accounts first. For Google, see why Google Ads are not working.
What do I need to get started?
Admin or partner access to your ad accounts (or I set them up for you), access to your website or your web developer, any photos, videos and brand files you have, and a short call to go over your goals.
